The Embrace Collective is a health promotion charity with a vision for a world where young people are free from feelings of pressure, judgement and shame about their bodies. Through Embrace Kids and their suite of age-appropriate programs, they teach the message of body appreciation to young people and support the adults around them to create shame-free settings with a culture of kindness.

Brief


Create a new website to showcase our brand repositioning, house and deliver a wealth of educational resources, identify user journeys, and make it dynamic, logical and fun to use. It needs to be robust, easy for the team to update and super Google friendly. And can you build it in Wordpress please because the team has experience with elementor.

Approach


At the outset we needed to delineate how the three separate brands - Taryn Brumfitt, Body Image Movement and The Embrace Kids Hub -  can live and breathe on their own. Working closely with Embrace Kids Co-founders, Dr Zali Yager  and Taryn Brumfitt, we were able to identify clear user journeys to reveal important information at the right time. Playing with colour, shape and movement to attract attention but not overwhelm we created a home for educational resources that is dynamic, logical and fun to use.

Multiple user journeys were identified needing development and design approaches for easy recognition and use.
